How to make Oreo shake?

So here is the puri recipe of pani puri.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup suji
1/2 cup wheat flour
1 tablespoon oil for moin
Hot water
Oil for frying
Boiled potatoes for stuffing(can also add chickpeas)
For pani of pani puri: corriander(dhanya), mint(pudina), green chilly, black pepper, black salt(optional), white salt, cumin seeds, asafoetida(hing), bundi(optional), tamarind (imli)
Imli chutney
Recipe for gol gappe:
Take wheat flour and suji in a bowl. Add 1tablespoon oil.
Mix it well.
Add hot water and carefully prepare a dough.
Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Preheat oil in a pan for frying(gas-medium hot)
Take 1 wet cloth and a dry one.
Make small pedis from the dough.
Roll pedis as Puris in oval shape and keep it on a wet cloth and cover it with a dry cloth.
Fry in the oil pan. After you add Puris in pan, then change the gas flame to low flame. Defry them until the gol gappes become crispy. Gol gappes are ready.
Recipe for pani of pani puri:
Take all ingredients mentioned above except tamarind in a grinder and grind it well. Remove pulp from tamarind after adding it in hot water. Add water to the mixture in grinder and then add pulp removed from tamarind to the mixture. Strain the mixture. Add bundi to the pani.
Pani along with crispy puris are ready. Serve them with boiled potato, pani and imli chutney. I hope you know this. Hope this recipe would help you.
